That includes reading, painting, and just plain making sure there is more to my day than just going to and back from work. To commemorate my new year, I finished this book (on Jan 01, 2018) that had been on my shelf for what feels like forever.

Such a long time taken to finish this novel… Such a long time that I felt like I was the narrator herself.

The Memory Keeper’s Daughter by Kim Edwards

The last book remaining from my Book Haul, and now it is over. At least the whole collection ended on a high note (quality-wise, not emotion-wise)!
