Break from Reading

Looks like I’ve been on an unintended break from reading for some time now. I’m not really sure why that is… Perhaps I’m just not motivated enough to pick up a book since Carrie.

But that’s not it. I did try a couple of fluffs to get me out of the rut, but alas, neither held my interest long enough to finish them.

Distant Thunder by Lisa Bingham

I tried finishing this novel, I really did. I went back to it again and again over a long period of time. It just did not happen. Finally, I gave up.

Ok. I was asking for it. What was I doing, going around reading a book that was named “Her Husband’s Harlot“? Well, sometimes I like to read fluff, with no real story. It is one of my guilty pleasures… But this was no fluff, this was ridiculous.
